Makes roughly 30 Combinations

We attempted to recreate every single burger from the In-N-Out secret menu, which we found out is a lot more options than we realized. Coming in at roughly $70 for the entire menu and roughly 10 hours in the kitchen filming, we feel that this venture was well worth the effort by ending the night with a huge In-N-Out party. If you too unfortunately live nowhere near an In-N-Out, here’s your chance to do it too.
Prep the lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes and onions leaving roughly 2-3 Cups diced and ½ Cup whole rings for the onions.
Press out roughly 36 (2oz) burger patties onto parchment or wax paper.
Rinse the starch off the sliced potatoes in ice water, pat dry and pre-fry in batches for 6-8 minutes at 350°F. Then just let them drain somewhere until ready to fry again.
Saute onions in a pan with vegetable oil until they caramelize.
Once you have your tomatoes, lettuce, onions, french fries & burgers all prepared you're ready to begin building every single combination.
