The Baconator is a go to at Wendy’s. It’s meat, cheese, more meat and most importantly no vegetables. It’s a burger meant for an adult child. So let’s make it bigger than ever!!

Baking for roughly 45 minutes, or until deep golden brown
Cool on wire rack
On 30 second intervals melt cheese in a large bowl. You will need about 24 slices per giant slice.
Place melted cheese on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top.
Use a rolling pin to roll the cheese into one oversized slice, sized to fit the giant bun.
Set in the refrigerator until ready to build the burger.
Cook bacon, to have consistent curvature, like Wendys. You can do this using the microwavable tool listed below.
Microwave for 3 minutes. place on paper towel and repeat until you have all of the bacon cooked.
Set aside for a later step.
Using an extra large cookie sheet, shape 10 pounds of ground beef into a square.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes. Be careful as the burgers will juices that will need to be strained throughout the baking process.
Repeat for 1 more square patty.
Slice the Giant Bun using a serrated bread knife. Place in the oven to toast up (and cook through if still slightly raw in the center)
On a large cutting board, or counter top, place the bottom bun.
From there go on with a giant square patty, a giant cheese slice, half the bacon, the next square patty, another slice of cheese, the rest of the bacon, and ketchup.
Use a knife to spread mayonnaise on the top bun and place.
