A hundred layers of sushi. Can it be done? Should it be done? How much will it cost? From the many requests from YOU we are put to the task to see how many layers of sushi we could possibly roll up.

With the helping hands of the incredible team at Wave Asian Bistro & Sushi we were able to take on this challenge. All of the seafood, veggies, rice, and seaweed that went into this brings this giant sushi roll to the whopping cost of $450. We knew going into it that it would end up being A TON of food so we invited our competitive eater friends Nate Figueroa and Nick Dompier to compete to see who could eat the most. See below our recipe details, watch on Youtube, and then head to their channels for the show down.
Start by making one sushi roll.
Layout the build of the next sushi roll connecting the seaweed with a bit of rice. Place a thin layer of rice on top, flip the roll, and fill with seafood or veggie of choice.
Repeat until you can't roll any more!
