Sushi gets a facelift today as we turn the ENTIRE boat into sushi.
We starting with wrapping the boat mold in plastic wrap.
Then we placed the boat on top of seaweed and file the bottom and the sides with a layer of rice.
From there we layered in salmon, tuna, yellowtail, cucumber, mango, and cabbage, then closed it up with a layer of rice.
To the top we layered in sesame seaweed paper and topped with an assortment of rolls, nigiri, and sushi just like a real sushi boat.
To the top we placed in our sail and revealed the boat.
